When you apply for a career opportunity Your CV and the contact details it contains.

When you browse our website Technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and understand how it is used.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data only for the purposes you provided it:

• Responding to your inquiries about trucks, spare parts, and services
• Confirming and managing service bookings at your chosen branch
• Following up on offer and financing inquiries you request

• Considering your application for employment

• Within TJT — to the branch or team handling your request (for example, routing your service booking to your chosen branch)

• Financing partners — only where you specifically request a financing offer, and only the details needed to process your request (for example, Tawkelat Financing for financing campaigns)
• Public authorities — where disclosure is required by the laws of the Kingdom or by a competent authority

We never share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing, and we never sell it.

Marketing communications

We send marketing messages, such as offers and newsletters, only with your consent. Every message we send includes a clear way to opt out, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link. Opting out does not affect service messages related to a booking or inquiry you have made.
