Parts Inventory & Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

• Indirect support customers to reduce the lead time of parts supply.
• Preparing monthly PDY reports to HML
• Monitor costs of parts transactions between branches.
• Domestic & Overseas (Import & Export), suppliers & freight forwarders payment arrangements to make sure that no complaints from the supplier side.
• Preparing Purchase Orders, Receiving, Costing & Inventory maintaining etc.
• Periodically appraising prices of suppliers, transporters, forwarders,…etc.
• Managing local purchases of Parts Division.
• Actively managing with finance department to make sure that the payments of suppliers, forwarders,…,etc. are paid on time without delay to maintain strong relations with partners.
• Proper filing of each suppliers/ vendors/ transporters – All set of documents.
• KAIZEN: continuous improving of the work process and procedures, environment, system, facility, communications,…etc
